“Julito” Lopez is our farm manager. Originally from Nicaragua, Julio manages our team of farmworkers who do most of the integral hard labor. They dig, plant, chop, clean, and work all day in the tropical sun to make Rancho Delicioso the incredible place that it is. We are so thankful for Julio’s work, alongside his hardworking team!
