The Ranch
Our beautiful property is situated on 43 hectares (106 acres) of lush Costa Rican countryside. We are proud of what we have built so far, and we will continue to build a wonderful community of residents who value this way of life.
The land we are on is mainly flat, with a couple of valleys that are home to beautiful seasonal creeks. At the north end of our property is a river that runs year-round, and flows into the larger Rio Montezuma. If one was feeling adventurous, they could theoretically walk to the very famous Montezuma Falls. Jaime and I have made it as far as the Rio Montezuma. Such a walk would lead you past beautiful tropical rainforest, and you may even find the small mysterious cave we stumbled upon!
