Rancho Delicioso resident Yasmin Tobon makes her own brand of Kombucha, called “Kombruja” which is occasionally sold around the area. You may even be able to get a piece of her “scoby” ( symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) to start your own Kombucha-making from.
