Our first chicken – Black Betty – just produced a miraculous double egg! 

We rescued Black Betty and took her in as our own, and we think this was her way of saying thank-you! It is two eggs fused together, and even has two yolks! 

We were sad to eat such a magnificent creation, but, what else is there to do with delicious, local eggs?
